Irrigation inspections are performed once per month.
During the summer, the sprinklers irrigate 3 times per week in the early morning hours (Sunday, Tuesday & Friday).
During the spring and fall, sprinklers are run twice a week in the early morning hours (Tuesday and Friday).
During the Winter, the sprinklers are run once weekly in the early morning hours. The exact dates depend on the weather.
Irving's water restrictions may change the above schedule at any time.
If you have added flowers to your beds and/or tree rings please supplement water as needed. In dry spells and heat you may need to supplement your trees and shrubs, as well. If you have any questions or concerns email us at:
If your backyard sprinklers are tied to the Collections HOA water meters they will be capped and turned off as found.

In the event of an after hours sprinkler emergency (sprinklers have been running for over an hour at one address or there is a running water leak) call John Gerber at Michael's at 214-837-0514, and please leave name, phone number, address and brief description of problem.
If no response in 2 hours please call the City of Irving at 972-721-2664 to shut off the water. The sprinkler meters have been spray painted bright green, there is approximately one per cul-de-sac. Please leave a second message on the above number that the water has been shut off and we will get the problem repaired ASAP. If it is a running water leak, it is possible that it is a homeowner's water line and not the Association's sprinklers. The City should leave a note on their door after shutting off the water.
