The Collections HOA (doing business as the Ranch Oaks HOA) is a sub-association of the Valley Ranch Master and our annual dues are $480. They are billed bi-annually:
  • $240 (Jan-June) due January 1st and considered late January 31st
  • $240 (July-Dec) due July 1st and considered late July 31st.

HOA dues provide recurring maintenance to all front yards and greenbelts, sprinklers, brick wall street sign lights, HOA events and billing/record keeping for the 215 homes in the HOA.
