Cul-de-Sacs and Streets: These are private cul-de-sacs and streets and our responsibility to repair. No parking on pavestones (specifically overnight) would be preferred.  Residents’ vehicles should be housed in their garage or their driveway, or if additional parking is still needed, parking is allowed on the neck of the cul-de-sac or the street (not in the fire lanes). Guests should be asked to park accordingly.

The neck of the cul-de-sac is normal pavement and long term parking (specifically overnight) should only involve one side, never both. On Stoneledge there are 3 areas designated for additional parking.

Please remember to be a courteous driver, watch your speed, and be careful not to block your neighbors drive. If you share a driveway, please always leave enough room for both homes to have access.
