  • Irrigation inspections are performed once per month.
  • During the summer, the sprinklers irrigate 3 times per week in the early morning hours (Sunday, Tuesday & Friday). 
  • During the Spring and Fall, sprinklers are run twice a week (Tuesday and Friday).
  • During the Winter, the sprinklers are run once weekly.  The exact dates depend on the weather.
  • Maintenance is done on Thursdays.
  • Tree trimming is no longer provided by the HOA.
