Effective October 15, 2003 the Valley Ranch Master Association began enforcement of deed restrictions in The Collections HOA (currently doing business as the Ranch Oaks HOA).
Please report ALL deed restriction issues to the Master Association. If your complaint is about a backyard, please contact the Master and the City of Irving.
ALL outside HOME IMPROVEMENT applications (paint, fences, landscape, spas, additional lighting, arbors etc.) must be approved by the Ranch Oaks HOA Board before going on to the Master Association for their approval. Click here to see the application form. The board will pass it on to the Master with their recommendations, and the Master will contact the homeowner.
