Michaels' Landscape and Design provides the landscape services for The Collections HOA. Their schedule of services is under the landscape tab. Michael's contract with the CHOA entails recurring maintenance only - cutting the lawn, edging, trimming the shrubs etc. They were awarded Outstanding Business Organization at the City of Irving's 2nd Annual NeighborFest Awards, held April 22, 2003.
Michaels' is available to contract with residents to cut private backyards on the same schedule as the front yards (see schedule of services under Landscape tab), please contact by March 31st for a entire season of mowing. The fee will start at $10 for each mow, for the small yards and go up depending on size of yard, for a total of $360 or more for the year. If you want other services preformed there will be additional fees based on the work load. If you would like to schedule Michaels' to do work in your backyard please contact them at 214-837-0514 and speak with the owner John Gerber. If you want more than just normal/routine backyard maintenance or additional work in your front yard please contact John as needed.

FYI - Permanent changes to the front landscape require ARC committee approval by both the CHOA and the Master. Seasonal flower changes do not require approval, but must be in an edged beds &/or tree rings - flower pots must be on cement or within edged beds &/or tree rings.
Schedule for Shrub trimming, Flowerbed weeding and hardscape weed spraying:
Phase 1 - First week of each month
Phase 2 - Second week of each month
Phase 3 - Third and Forth week of each month
